Midori Ceramic Scrapbook Cutter

Made in Japan with a super-sharp ceramic edge, the Midori Scrapbook Cutter is a versatile studio assistant for anyone who works with paper or other thin materials. The tip, with an almost imperceptibly small ceramic blade for improved safety, quickly and neatly cuts paper in straight lines or curves.

The entire blade unit swivels, so you can simply draw the line you'd like to cut, as if you were using a pen. The Scrapbook Cutter's ergonomic design gives you plenty of leverage and encourages you to press a finger down directly above the cutting edge. The back of the Scrapbook Cutter is also usefully shaped: it can serve as a burnisher or an extra finger to hold something down.

Ideal for art journaling, collage, and layouts, and designed to last. A plastic cap is included for safe storage. Replacement blade units are available.
